Assistant Design Supervisor

Main Duties:
  • Provide input and supervise team members at all levels of the design process from idea to drawings/sampling/implementation across all vehicles (print, web, UX, digital, APP, social media, video & packaging);
  • Follow through project from concept development, graphics design and artwork production independently and within tight timeline;
  • Create artwork for digital interface, special in web and app design;
  • Handle graphic and layout design for the Company's websites, social media platforms, e-Commerce portals and other online promotions;
  • Assist on various ad-hoc projects;
  • Experience in Branding, Corporate Identity is an advantage.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Art, Design, Graphic, Advertising or other related disciplines;
  • 5 - 8 years working experience in creating graphic design in which at least 3 years' experience in supervisory level;
  • Experience in corporate's branding team, retail industry, or FMCG sector is highly preferred;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong knowledge in both print & digital;
  • Efficient, able to work under pressure on his/her own;
  • Creative thinker with good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team player and open-minded to shared ideas and brainstorming
  • Disciplinary, punctual.
