Step:
  1. Soak Gutian Snow fungus in water for 4 hours, Change water 2 times during soaking, soak fungus until it is soft and sticky, clean up for later use;
  2. Wash out Dried Scallop in water, Soak Dried Scallop just over its body till soft, Reserve soaking water for later use;
  3. Cut Chayote, Carrot and Corn into large pieces; Soak Sweet & Bitter Almond and Hedgehog Fungus in water separately for half an hour, Cut fig in a half; Boil Pork Shoulder Bone in water for about 5 minutes, Wash up for later use;
  4. Pre-boil water, Put all materials together with soaking scallop’s water into the pot till it boiled again, then turn the fire to medium and continue to cook about 2.5 hours, add salt and ready to serve.

    • Water 2500ml
    • Salt Appropriate
