Step:
  1. Soak the hedgehog fungus in water until soft, rinse them thoroughly and cut them into big pieces;

  5. Remove the head and skin of the silkie and cut it into pieces; cut the pork loin into pieces and rinse thoroughly, blanch them in water with ginger and scallion for later use;
  6. Put all ingredients into a steaming pot, pour in some hot water, stew over water for about 3 hours, add salt before serving.
