Function：Replenish energy and relieving heat
- Clean the coconut, drain out the coconut water for later use, cut the coconut into pieces, set aside.
- Rinse silkie chicken and pork shanks, remove the skin of silkie chicken and cut into pieces; blanch them for 5 minutes, drain and set aside;
- Rinse wolfberries and set aside;
- Add coconut, silkie chicken, wolfberries, pork shanks into boiling water and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook for 2.5 hours. Add coconut water and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with salt. Be ready to serve.
