  1. Soak the Zhangzhou Snow Fungus (L) in water until soft, remove their stems and tear them into small pieces;
  2. Soak the sweet and bitter almond kernels in water for about 1 hour; remove the kernel of the Red Dates (Jumbo) and rinse thoroughly for later use;
  3. Cut the pears into 4 pieces, remove the stem and kernel of the pears, rinse thoroughly for later use;
  4. Defrost the American frozen conches(L), cut and remove the intestines, rinse thoroughly;
  5. Cut the pork loin into pieces, blanch them and conches in water with ginger and Scallion, rinse thoroughly for later use;
  6. Put all ingredients (except funguses) into a casserole, pour in some hot water, turn to low heat after boiled; continue to boil for about 2.5 hours;
  7. Put in the funguses, continue to boil for 30 minutes, add salt before serving.

    • Zhangzhou Snow Fungus (L) 20g (about 8 pieces)
    • Sweet and Bitter Almond Kernels 40g (about 2 tablespoons)
    • Red Dates (Jumbo) 40g (about 6 pieces)

    • Salt Adequate

    • Scallion 1 piece
