  1. Rinse the Hokkaido dried scallops in water for a while, soak them in hot water, set aside with water for later use;

  4. Defrost the frozen crocodile backbone, cut and rinse the lean pork thoroughly, blanch them in water with ginger and scallion for later use;
  5. Put all ingredients into a casserole, pour in some hot water, turn to low heat after boiled; continue to boil for about 2 hours, add salt before serving.
