  1. Wash dried scallops with water, soak in water for 4 hours till it gets soft, reserve the soaking water for use later;
  2. After wash the rice, soak into water for 15 minutes;
  3. Add scallops into boiling water, together with rice and the water used to soak scallop;
  4. Wait until it boils again, turn into medium heat and continue to cook for an hour, add with gingko and continue to cook for 30 minutes, season with salt and ready to serve.

    • Water 1600ml
    • Ginkgo 30g
