  1. Soak the selected yams(sliced) and euryales in water for 1 hour, rinse thoroughly for later use;

  3. Rinse the grouper thoroughly and halve it, dry the grouper by kitchen towel; heat the wok, fry both sides of the grouper into golden color, put it into fish soup bag;
  4. Cut the pork loin into pieces, cook them in boiling water for a while, take them out and rinse thoroughly for later use;
