  1. Soak brazilian mushrooms and black fungus(M) in water for 1 hour, rinse them thoroughly and dry;
  2. Clean the chicken, remove its head and cut it into pieces, add the marinade and stir for a while;
  3. Rinse the Red Dates(Jumbo)for a while, remove their kernels and cut them into shreds; peel the garlic and smash it for later use;
  4. Heat the wok, add 1 tablespoon oil, quick fry the garlic paste, add the chicken pieces and fry for a while, then fry with the mushrooms and Red Dates;

    • Black Fungus(M) 15g (about 10 pieces)
    • Red Dates(Jumbo) 20g (about 6 pieces)
    • Chicken 450g ( ½ whole)
    • Garlic 8g (about 1 piece)
    • Chicken Powder (1 teaspoon)
    • Corn Starch (some)
    • Oyster Sauce (1 tablespoon)
