Oatmeal can reduce cholesterol. This dish also have benefit on protecting our eyes after adding blueberry and Goji berry. To use soy milk instead of whole milk, the consumption of saturated fat can be reduced, which cause a healthier heart.   1. Add the Oatmeal after the water boils. Switch to medium heat when the water boils again.
  2. Add Soy Milk and stir thoroughly until it boils. Ladle the dish on the bowl and serve.
