- Soak Maitake mushroom into water for 30 minutes. Wash and cut into little pieces for later use; Wash quinoa and rice for later use;
- Wash oyster. Cut it into half pieces after soaking it into water for 20 minutes. Reserve soaking water for later use;
- Place all the ingredients on the plate. Steam it with full flame for 30 minutes.
